Some of My Favorite Books {by Priya}

Hey everyone! It's me, Priya, here again, your regular Sunday post-person!

This week's theme is Books, so I thought I'd show you one of my favorite series. {Image courtesy of Amazon.com}

11 Birthdays, Finally, and 13 Gifts
by Wendy Mass

These three books are about three different girls who are all related to the unknown little town of Willow Falls. Strange things tend to happen in Willow Falls, and these girls are at the center of them.

In 11 Birthdays, you meet Amanda, who is celebrating her birthday by herself, without her best friend Leo. Leo and Amanda had had their birthday parties together ever since they were little, until their big fight. Amanda is looking forward to the day after her birthday to push everything to the side and have a fresh start. But the next day is her birthday all over again!

In Finally, you meet Rory, who has been told by her parents that when she's twelve she can do what she asks them. When her 12th birthday finally inches closer she is bursting with excitement to do the things she's always wanted to do.

In 13 Gifts, you meet Tara, who breaks into school for a seat at the popular girls' table. When her parents make her take a trip to Willow Falls for the summer to stay at her cousin's house, she discovers a mysterious lady who gives her a list of 13 random items to collect before her 13th birthday. As Tara learns more about the items she collects, she discovers more about friendship and the real reason she is in Willow Falls.

I absolutely love this whole series and I definitely reccommend these!! :)

Thanks so much for reading! If you read this whole entire post comment saying "book nook". :)

Post by AGMarket- Books galore!

Hi All! :)

I was just going thru my book collection. Here are some of my favorite books!

The Lady Grace Mysteris- Betrayal!

~ Life as a stowaway on board am Elizabethan galleon - it's no place for a lady! But when her fellow Maid of Honor disapears with a dashing young sea captain, Lady Grace knows she just has to investigate!~

NANCY DREW! I am collectiing the whole collection (mostly the ones from the 1930s)..

Things I know about ND-

1. The first 10 books were written by a man.
2. The older ones (from the 1930s) are different from the newer ones (even with the same title).
3. There are some older movies that are based on the books!

Have a nice afternoon!
